Every SMS press brake main frame undergoes a strict 600°C thermal stress-relief annealing process in a large tempering furnace after full steel plate welding. This completely eliminates internal residual stress, followed by finishing on a 5-axis CNC pentahedron milling center to guarantee permanent parallel accuracy.
We partner with world-leading hydraulic and CNC brands to ensure global serviceability and reliability. Our machines are equipped with DELEM or Cybelec CNC controllers, Bosch Rexroth proportional valves, Heidenhain linear scales, and Schneider electric components.
